La informiamo, ai sensi dell'art. 13 del d.lgs. 30 June 2003, n. 196 (recante il "Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali" nel prosieguo, per brevità, il "Codice"), che i dati personali forniti nell'ambito del concorso fotografico internazionale 21° Gran Tour delle Colline saranno raccolti e registrati dal Circolo Fotografico Arno - su supporti cartacei, elettronici e/o informatici e/o telematici - protetti e trattati con modalità idonee a garantire la sicurezza e la riservatezza nel rispetto delle disposizioni del Codice. La informiamo che i dati fornitici verranno utilizzati unicamente per finalità strettamente connesse e strumentali alla manifestazione.A tal fine, nell'ambito dell'Iniziativa, i suoi dati potranno essere pubblicati on-line nel sito web del concorso (www.grantourdellecolline.it) o/e sul catalogo del concorso. Il conferimento dei dati, è necessario al fine di poter partecipare al concorso. La informiamo che potrà esercitare i diritti previsti dall'art. 7 e seg. del d.lgs. n. 196/2003 (tra cui, a mero titolo esemplificativo, i diritti di ottenere la conferma dell'esistenza di dati che la riguardano e la loro comunicazione in forma intelligibile, la indicazione delle modalità di trattamento, l'aggiornamento, la rettificazione o l'integrazione dei dati, la cancellazione) mediante richiesta rivolta senza formalità al Titolare del trattamento dei dati. Titolare del trattamento dei dati è il Circolo Fotografico Arno, con sede legale in Via Roma 2 a Figline Valdarno (FI) tramite il proprio presidente, pro tempore, Eros Ceccherini.

We inform you that, according to art. 13 of Leg. Decree 30th of June, 2003, n. 196 (bearing the “Code regarding protection of personal data ") hereinunder abbreviated as the “Code”, all personal data submitted to the International Photography contest "21° Gran Tour delle Colline”, shall be collected and stored by Circolo Fotografico Arno on paper, electronic and/or mechanical and/or telematic means and appropriately handled in order to ensure data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with the Code. The submitted data will be only used for the purpose of this contest. To this end, the organizer reserves the right to display personal data on the web site of the contest (www.grantourdellecolline.it) and/or publish it in the catalogue. Entrants must submit their personal data to be able to take part in the contest.In accordance with Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, entrants have the right to obtain information, at any time, regarding confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data and their disclosure in an intelligible manner, as well as information related to data processing modalities, update, correction, integration and cancellation of data. The above rights are exercised by means of an informal request to the data controller. The data controller is Circolo Fotografico Arno with registered office in: Via Roma 2, Figline Valdarno – FI (Florence) in the person of its pro-tempore president, Mr. Eros Ceccherini.

FIAP Provisions
A) In Order To Have Legal Authority On Those Who Do Not Respect The Rules Of FIAP, All The Entrants Expressly Agree To FIAP Document 018/2017 « Conditions And Regulations For FIAP Patronage » And FIAP Document 017/2017 « Sanctions For Breaching FIAP Regulations And The Red List ». All Participants Are Particularly Aware Of Chapter II « Regulations For International Photographic Events Under FIAP Patronage » Of FIAP Document 018/2017, Dealing Under Section II.2 And II.3 With The FIAP Participation Rules, The Sanctions For Breaching FIAP Regulations And The Red List.”
B) By The Sole Act Of Submitting His/Her Images Or Files To A Salon Under FIAP Patronage, The Entrant Accepts Without Exception And With No Objection The Following Terms:
That The Submitted Images Can Be Investigated By FIAP To Establish If These Obey To FIAP Regulations And Definitions Even If The Entrant Is Not A Member Of FIAP
That FIAP Will Use Any Means At Its Disposal For This Undertaking,
That Any Refusal To Cooperate With FIAP Or Any Refusal To Submit The Original Files As Captured By The Camera, Or Failure To Provide Sufficient Evidence, Will Be Sanctioned By FIAP,
That In Case Of Sanctions Following The Non Compliance With FIAP Regulations, The Name Of The Entrant Will Be Released In Any Form Useful To Inform The Breaches Of The Rules.
We Recommend That You Leave The EFIX Data Intact In The Files Sent To Facilitate Any Investigation.

A) Per Avere Autorità Legale Su Coloro Che Non Rispettano Le Regole Della FIAP, Tutti I Partecipanti Accettano Espressamente Il Documento FIAP 018/2017 «Condizioni E Regolamenti Per Il Patrocinio FIAP» E Il Documento FIAP 017/2017 «Sanzioni Per Violazione Dei Regolamenti FIAP E La Lista Rossa ». Tutti I Partecipanti Sono Particolarmente Consapevoli Del Capitolo II «Regolamento Per Gli Eventi Fotografici Internazionali Con Il Patrocinio FIAP» Del Documento FIAP 018/2017, Che Tratta Le Sezioni II.2 E II.3 Con Le Regole Di Partecipazione FIAP, Le Sanzioni Per La Violazione Dei Regolamenti FIAP E Il Rosso Elenco."

B) Con Il Solo Atto Di Inviare Le Proprie Immagini O File Ad Un Salone Con Il Patrocinio FIAP, Il Partecipante Accetta Senza Eccezione E Senza Obiezioni I Seguenti Termini:
Che Le Immagini Inviate Possono Essere Investigate Dalla FIAP Per Stabilire Se Queste Obbediscono Ai Regolamenti E Alle Definizioni FIAP Anche Se Il Partecipante Non È Un Membro Della FIAP
Che La FIAP Utilizzerà Tutti I Mezzi A Sua Disposizione Per Questa Impresa,
Che L'eventuale Rifiuto Di Collaborare Con FIAP O L'eventuale Rifiuto Di Presentare I File Originali Come Catturati Dalla Fotocamera, O La Mancata Fornitura Di Prove Sufficienti, Sarà Sanzionato Dalla FIAP,
Che In Caso Di Sanzioni In Seguito Al Mancato Rispetto Dei Regolamenti FIAP, Il Nome Del Partecipante Verrà Rilasciato In Qualsiasi Forma Utile Per Informare Le Violazioni Delle Regole.
